Until Butterfly719 decides to update his master list or neocisco posts the official list...I think we should just consolidate everything to this new thread. I do not have a Circuit City around me and I'd love to be able to get Project Sylpheed and Bullet Witch for $25.

I'll give somone $40 if they can also throw in Just Cause (Paypal).

probally somewhere it says Vaires per store... maybe check online last tonight or tomorrow and see
 
Does someone have a link to that CC circular? The one I find says nothing of the sort. I went to the local CC today to check on a few 360 things and all I found was Project Sylpheed.

You know what... while I was there today, I did notice these games going around with carts collecting games. They also removed their clearance games bin. But everything's already been ransacked so I don't know what they could possibly add.:whistle2:k

I should have asked my friend who was there.
 
Went to another CC tonight. A lot of games were already stickered for tomorrow, but still in general stock.

Was able to find Phoenix Wright: Justice for All for $14.99 (was not stickered).

Still looking for Far Cry (360).

I can pick up all 3 at my CC, already have 2 project sylpheds.

Im praying that they've been holding games for tomorrow and anything on clearence will be the new 8.96 price. (crosses fingers) :pray:

A way to find out is to check the website around 12 a.m. when they update it to see which games they have at $8.96. Only certain games will be on the site compared to in-store.

The ad says "Limit 3 titles per customer" I hope that was a misprint where they really meant limit 3 of each title per customer (which is what most CC ads say) and not 3 games total (though unless there are some huge new additions, I doubt there are 3 games I want that I already didn't get)
 
Ok, clear up one thing for me... if I went to CC today (Saturday), and it was completely devoid of clearance titles, would it still be that way tomorrow or did they pull games for the ad?

Just curious if it'll be worth making the trip back or not.
 
Found Dragon Quest Rocket Slime(DS) and Project Sylpheed(360) at a CC tonight even though I was really looking for homecourt for ps3.

I went there yesterday and all 3 clearance bins were on the floor, so they must have pulled them for tomorrow. They didn't have much as far as 360 titles go. I ended up with Project Sylpheed.

They also had Bomberman, Bionicle, COD2 and a few sports titles. I may go back for Bionicle, which I think they had a few copies of. I was hoping for Bulltwitch, but I couldn't find a single copy.

yea, i know what you mean. I checked my cc out and i only found 5 percent of whats on the clearance list here at CAG. I'll stop by anyways, my hope is that they'll bring out all the good stuff.
 
My CC had Tomb Raider Anniversary marked at $16.96, rather than Legend. Rang up at $40, but they adjusted it to$17. YMMV, but keep an eye out for Anniversary mismarked.
 
Two trips and managed to snag Project Sylpheed, Bullet Witch , Condemned Criminal origins and the one I never thought I would find, Parappa the Rapper
 
I hit up a great store to find clearance games in SoCal,...got Condemned, DOAX2, Project Sylpheed, EBAgents & Chocobo Tales for 8.96 each. It is in Signal Hill (suburb of Long Beach). It's a newer store at the corner of Spring and Atlantic, next to the Home Depot. They had alot of the games left for 8.96 still :) Happy Hunting.
 
When does the Website update? As I recall from the summer '06 clearance, it updates around 5:15 AM Eastern Time. Is that still true?

That's why I was asking. I went in looking for Condemned and Bullet Witch... and the only 360 titles they even had were one copy of Bomberman and one copy of COD2.

I guess to put the nail in the 'didn't pull them' coffin, I saw copies of Bullet Witch in the bin a week before Christmas, when they also still had entire bins of 360 stuff (Tomb Raider, LOTR, Bullet Witch, Project: Sylpheed). No way all of those games made it past Christmas and were pulled for this clearance promo. I was hoping but, alas, it seems there shall be no cheap 360 games for me out of this one.
 
Hey went to CC today...There was a bin but the lady would not allow me too look at the games or sell them to me as its for tomorrow's event...She did let me look at the list of games that's going to be tomorrow...I tried looking for those 16.96 games but were not listed on the clearance...So none of the Wii games are going to be 8.96...No PS3 titles on the list either...Lots PS2 & xbox games though...Pretty much all the 360, PSP, & DS games mention are going to be there...Bomberman (360) & Lost Magic (DS) that i saw was not on the list...

I picked up the last two copies of Elebits the other day w/ the idea that I was going to price adjust tomorrow if they were part of the clearance event...but oh well. Still a damn good price for the game.

Yeah i picked up Elebits today also even though its not on the drop tomorrow...I could be wrong about the Wii & PS3 games...The lady might not have had them...I wanna say i did see Luna Knights but i cant give you my 100% guarantee on it...I remember going to search for it but couldn't find it, so when the lady gave me the list i just skim through the Wii, PS3, PSP, & 360 games. As i was looking for Pirates on the PSP...Which wasn't included :cry:

I was able to pick up Parappa & Chili Con Carnage though...
 
I caved in and flipped through all the 360 titles on the shelf at my CC (no bargain bin). Spotted Chromehounds, Quake 4, GUN, Tomb Raider Legend, Hitman Blood Money and buku COD2. No Condemned, unfo, which is the only thing I really wanted. None of these games were labeled with the clearance price, but a couple I bought did ring up as listed in the OP.

Given that some of titles listed in the OP were on the shelf, I doubt they've pulled any to be relabeled and/or clearance binned for tomorrow.

The online ad is up now, but I can't find any of the games on clearance on the site, much less check and see if the prices are reflected online yet.

EDIT: It doesn't look like any of the games are up there yet, but The Getaway: Black Monday for PS2 is only 3.96 in-stock online. I'd bite if I got free shipping on it.

EDIT 2: Bullet Witch and Project Sylpheed are up there at 8.96, but are OOS.
 
CC's website is pretty weak. I wouldn't worry too much about ever finding anything on there. It's usually in-store or nothing. The one thing the site is good for, though, is when glitches occur during the 2 for $30 deals.

I picked up a couple of copies of God Hand for $8.96 earlier today, as well as a couple of copies of Valkyrie Profile 2 for $16.96, so I can confirm at least those two titles.

Also two copies of Rogue Galaxy for $19.99 each.
 
I just bought Mech Assault for the DS at Circuit City (IL) for $8.96. Thought it was $12.96 at first but then got it scanned and was pleasantly surprised.
 
so how does cc clearance work. if the game is in store for what ever price stick says, but when you bring to cashier it'll scan for the price thats posted?
 
the ad says limit 3 per customer, is that true? if so, will they let me make more than 1 transaction if i have 7 or 8 games?
