UPS f*cking sucks... Resolved, sorta. Conclusion? UPS sucks!

just got a package from UPS. There was a note on my door that said "On Porch".
Well, im on the 2nd floor of an apt. building so its really a balcony. And it was nicely placed in the corner, so my deliveryman must be a good climber...
 
Updated! Thought it's still not fully resolved, I'm happy that I will get some of my money back.:)
