USA vs Canadian 360's

Dumb question I guess, but is there any difference? I'm looking to buy a new one off ebay using cashback, and the best price I can find is one from Canada. Are they the same as US versions?

Don't think that there is a difference. If it helps, I live in Canada and my Xbox has been no trouble thus far.

The Canadian Xbox 360s are designed to operate in sub zero temperatures - the typical ambient temperature in an igloo. My 360 has a label saying that the console will operate between the temperatures of -20°C and +10°C - I don't think mine even has a fan. I do not see a problem as long as you can meet these requirements.
