how do you have games listed as "sealed" with no game. How do you get a game out and the game be sealed at the same time? Even a limited/collectors edition I don't get that concept.

In the case of Prototype 2 and Dead Island they were Best Buy preorder bonuses that never had a game inside to begin with.
