Use ol' school NES and SNES joypads on your Wii!!
Sounds like a great accessory to use for playing VC games on the Wii:

It's pre-order only right now but if it works it could be very cool!
I do think it is great, but it is $19 for each adaptor... You could get a CC for $20 and could play anything. If it was $5-$10 I would be more interested it in but...

Isn't there one that attaches to the Wiimote too?

I pay $10 maximum for one of those, although a SNES one could cover most systems.

$20 is fair for this. It's not priced to compete with the versatility of the Classic Controller but it doesn't have to be. This is a specialty product and I'm sure they're doing very small runs.

I haven't bought anything from RetroZone but I do have a Super SmartJoy, which is just about the same as the Super RetroPort this site sells, and I love it. I paid about $25 shipped for it, if I remember right.

With these cables you'll be able to use ur NES and SNES controllers on the wii (and gamecube).

Looks pretty sweet. Price I think is $20.
why not just buy the classic controller? Same price.
The classic controller IS a SNES controller... only better.
yeah now they just need an adapter for the classic to work on the nes and SNES!
the classic controllers wire pisses me off
It brings back fond memories of my Dreamcast.

And how the cord coming out of the bottom pissed me off.

My wii is getting shipped, after reading online I understand I need the classic controller for the arace games from Wii online, and gamecube controller to play my gamecube games, Does it have to be officall gamecube controller or can it be a 3rd party gamecube controller? thanks

Any Gamecube controller will work; however, the regular first party and Waverbird controllers always felt the best in my opinion.

I have hands that can palm a basketball and my palms do no hit the wire. If you dont touch the wire, what possible distraction could it be?

The wire placement isnt a problem and if it was on the top of the controller, the Wiimote would always be pulling down on the CC.
