Refurb, but those are pretty good prices. PS3 doesn't seem to be dual shock, but that's a good deal on an xbox wireless pad.

Yeah, I got a PS3 controller from them before, it's only a six-axis not a dual shock, nonetheless still a good deal, came in good condition too.

Avoid refurb controllers if you can. There's nothing worse than buying something which may not work correctly, especially when it's used for playing all your games. Best to get new controller on sale and pay the extra. For instance Amazon had 360 controllers for like $26 a few weeks back for wireless, and $23.50 for wired.

From my experience, no they do not contain the original packaging nor does it come with a usb cable(ps3).
