Yeahhhh, well if you look at my case, clearly there's some discrepancy heh; again, mine took 15, and we're both in Ontario, so I'd be a bit more patient before shooting off an e-mail to them. Games coming from the States can suffer from slow shipping and custom hold-ups, unfortunately.
 
yeah mine i felt took a long time as well, but be patient. it did eventually arrive (in time for my friend's birthday). they seem pretty good, but over-the-border transactions always get slowed down by random crap all the time.
 
Still haven't got my order yet and they shipped out on July 20th, 2009. Mmm... Maybe I'll have to send them an e-mail if nothing comes by this week.

funny story. i called them up and apparently mine was declared lost after passing customs on the 10th of august.

i'm getting a new copy + free copy of dead space (by air this time) for the delay.
 
Man that's pretty sick Sillyfire! Good to see a company taking responsibility! They easily could have said "tough titty" and left it at that!
 
Well, been over a month and no dice. Gonna go give an e-mail and see what happens. Probably stuck in customs or lost in the mail (happened to me before).

EDIT: Wow, fast response. Looks like they're going to airship me a new copy.
