Got this in an email today.
Valusoft is offering 22% off all downloads from now until Earth Day (April 22). The discount seems to show up in your cart and works on games already on sale. I tried it with Puzzle Quest which is listed on sale at $12.99 (orig $19.99) and it shows up in the cart at $10.
Supposed to work with all games but only on downloaded purchases, does not work on CD purchases.
