Valve Orange Box - XBOX 360 Deals?

I heard from Joystiq and a few other sources Valve was planning on dropping the Orange Box price this weekend. Sadly, I'm not seeing the drops anywhere (except PC which is ~$47 at WalMart).

Has anyone seen any good deals for Orange Box for 360? I'd prefer it new. I've been checking local GameStops, Craigslist Ads, and eBay. Best deal I've found so far is $45.99 on eBay.

I'm willing to stack as many rebates, coupons, and other deals as necessary
