thanks though OP, you reminded me to grab this one while its still available....i checked around a couple weeks ago though pricegrabber and no1 had it in stock new, i found it new through cagrabber this time

The TC3s were new b/c the "used" copies we sold fairly close to the release of the game. As best as I can figure, they either overestimate the number of used copies in stock or they were just blowing them out the door at the "used" discount to make back some money and open up warehouse space. Vampire Night, unfortunately, is a bit too old for EB to be holding any pristine copies.
I am keeping my fingers crossed on my Crisis Zone order though.

I ordered Vampire Night about a Month ago & it came game sealed & GunCon2 new. I think maybe it was found lost in the warehouse & was sold used either because they didn't have it in the system new or cause the box was abit beat up but seeing as mine was new maybe some ppl will luck out like I did & get a copy that is new except for maybe the condition of the box it comes in
