Vengeance Trilogy $32.99 at Amazon

i read some ppl have the same problem as u. it was the time when it was released at best buy.
 
Amazon offered me a 30% refund, which is about as much as I can expect from them I guess. I'll see what Tartan has to say about a replacement disc.

They didn't offer an exchange of the set for another copy? What good is a 30% refund going to do you, when you'd still have to buy another whole box set to get the missing movie, since it's not available separately? I'd raise hell.

They offered to exchange it, but at that time I felt like getting $11 back and dealing with Tartan/Palisades was the better option. In hindsight, maybe I should have chosen the replacement but I still have hope that Tartan will come through. Worst case, I may just order a new one from Amazon, swap out one movie for the other and return it.

Hmm, I wonder if I forced Amazon to take down the product, it now says:

Item Under Review

While this item is available from other marketplace sellers on this page, it is not currently offered by Amazon.com because customers have told us there may be something wrong with our inventory of the item, the way we are shipping it, or the way it's described here. (Thanks for the tip!)
