The 3 disc Ultimate edition of Versus is now on sale for 19.49 at Amazon. I've had this baby sitting on my wish list forever and it's been 35.99 for the longest time until now. There's no specification on whether this is a permanent price drop, a sale, or how long it will last, though. They may have included this with their current sale of foreign language films, but I didn't feel like scrolling through all the pages of that.

According to what iv'e read there's 11 minutes of extra footage in the film and it is primarily extended fight sequences. I'm not sure how much additional bonus features it includes when compared to the 2 disc edition. Amazon's site has the ultimate edition listed as including some bonus short films that are "side stories" to the film, new commentary track, new making-of featurettes, and remastered video. Since I only rented the 2 disc version, this won't be a dillemma for me.
 
Nice, a steelbook. Hopefully Amazon packs it well; if it comes in a bubble mailer I guarantee it's going back.

Does this include both versions of the film? I guess I have the 2 disc special edition (all the other versions have the same coverart, lol) and I'm pretty sure that's just the regular uncut version.
