I get negatives if someone does not like a game or thinks a movie sucked...
I get them for ridiculous reasons all the time, but when dealing with thousands of customers a month it just is a known that a percentage of those customers are going to be whack jobs.
Usually very small issues all of a sudden grow very big in feedback, and for the most part can't be trusted because they are simply lies.
Feedback is crap. 100% of our negs are BS.
As a seller it is the 100% buyer that gives the most trouble...because sellers gave them feedback for payment rather than waiting to find out they were going to do a charge back and commit fraud.
Anyway, opinions are opinions and facts are facts. The fact is that feedback is a guide, but you gotta have on the right glasses to be able to read it correctly. The most amazing thing is that someone can have a 1000 positives and 1 negative, but people will not read any of the positives and search for that 1 negative.
The best way to read feedback is take the negs with a grain of salt(especially if you have to actually search for them), and read the positives. Normally, the greens are more revealing than the reds.
