VGA adapter for gamecube

Hi, I have posted in deal request forum before regarding vga adapter deals, but just wondering, is there any CAGs using pc monitor to play gamecube at all? The reviews for vga adapter is always half/half, some said it works with their monitor, some mentioned it's not worth it.

Just curious if any CAG here knows what brand works best with GC games.

I play everything (PS2 and GC) on my monitor because I dont have a TV. I've got a generic gray one that says vga adapter on it somewhere, but I dont use it. The video quality takes a noticeable hit. I currently run everything through my TV card in my computer.
