Wait, so that's a VGA to Component cable from the wording on the site? You'll need the VGA adapter then for your 360. What exactly are you hooking it up to?

If you're hooking it up to a monitor, you'll just need the 360 VGA Adapter.

If you're hooking it up to a TV w/ component, then get that.

Faceplates are replaceable with both types AFAIK.
