Can anyone vouch for these guys? I've read some complaints about the quality of the games (cracked cases) and shipping times. I'm definitely interested in Bayonetta for $19.99 though.

Personally I've never had a problem with VGP, and I've ordered like a dozen games from them.

Shipping is $3 or so. They aren't Amazon, so the only way that's possible is to toss a game in a padded mailer and send it lettermail. It's certainly not the fastest rate, but it should reach you in a week or so. They can't add extra padding to the package, or else it'll exceed Canada Posts 2cm thickness limit (and cost $10~$12 to mail). I've never had a real problem with this method before, and I've purchased hundreds of things that've been shipped to me like this. But it's certainly possible damage could occur. Shit happens in the mail.

I haven't heard any negative reviews about condition issues. Generally I assume lack of news in that area means customer service is taking care of it's customers. Did the complaints you've seen mention if they bothered contacting them?
