oops sorry i rushed the post and forgot to put that in. It is an AGP card.

Well here is the best AGP card you can buy: ATI HD 3850 AGP. $115 AR + $9 shipping. It's not cheap, but should run WAR fine.

Sure, it'll be playable. You'll have to have things turned way down, and I doubt it'll be butter-smooth, but playable, sure.
