I've been to Video Games Live twice and I'm going again to the performance on June 12th in Dallas. It really is a great show. Looking forward to watching this recorded PBS performance to see if the show was any different compared to their other ones.

I was signed up on the email list, but for some reason they didn't send it to me and I missed it.

Great to see this will be on PBS. It seems like all they have on lately at night during the week lately is music stuff though.

Cool, will be on the lookout for it. never would have thought Jamie Lee Curtis and WOW would be in the same sentence let alone her talking about it.

I love VGL. Went for my first time last year with Arikado and some friends was blown away. All the music was amazing even from games I don't really play or like all that much (Kingdom Hearts LOL), but the ME, MGS, Castlevania and Chrono Trigger stuff is really amazing.

Looking forward to the Dallas show this upcoming weekend as well as watching the PBS VGL.

I was at this concert. I'll be watching to see if I'm shown in the audience at any time.

Hah, sure enough, there I am towards the end of the trailer at around the 4:10 mark. I'm the dude with the glasses sitting next to the girl in maroon with the bun in her hair.

My standing applause is ruined because I have to put down all my merch I bought Urk.

Just caught the last 1/4th of it. I learned that Tellerico is Steven Tyler's (Aerosmith) cousin, and he revealed that Steven's last name is really Tellerico. LOL!

Does anyone know if they ever send out discount/promo codes? I'd like to take my two eldest daughters, but the cheap seats at the Meyerson in Dallas are $30 each and that's a bit much for me at this time of the month.

Thanks for the info OP! I didn't even know about this. This reminds me of the time I learned that SoundStage (on PBS) was showing Garbage, I missed the 1st airing of it, but I got to see it later when they reran it a month or so later (plus I taped it). In all, I think I watched it about 3 or 4 times on PBS. You can find it on YouTube now. Great concert!

bumpity, since it may have aired already or it'll start airing today, depending on where you live.

Looks like it's not airing for me :(

I'd love to see this. I went to the Final Fantasy concert but was totally underwhelmed and I've heard this is much better.
