Hey guys i just brought a super slice phone on virgin mobile and I can't check my balance and download ring-tones to the damn thing.I get a data service is not available.I have three to four bars of reception and have called 5 times and get the famous India call center with people who don't understand English.I have reset the phone and was wondering what to do?Thanks for any suggestions on how to get this phone to work right.I have re set it twice and reprogrammed twice.

With the Super Slice, Go the Menu and choose My Account to see how much you have in your account. To get ringtones, go to VirginXL from the main menu.
 
i tied to go to check my balance it gives me the data service not available.And
it's been a week with no help from virgin mobile i guess they don't care about there customers
 
No, it's not that they don't care, it's that they're outsourced to India/China/whatever and they don't know how to help you :)
Can you log in to your account online?
