Best Buy deals are pretty YMMV but 2 of the BB's here in Colorado that I frequent have had the game on the clearance cart for $29.99 for the past few weeks.

Maybe try some of the merchants on Amazon. The lowest new copy is selling for $32 shipped, but of course that may quickly change.
