Visa gift cards?

I was wondering if there was a site out there that sold pre-loaded Visa gift cards, accepts payment via Paypal, and preferably delivers the info via e-mail? Thanks.

Have you tried Paypal themselves? I've heard others in the past talk about using a virtual card # issued through Paypal, but I've never checked into it.
