I have Folklore in a Blockbuster case that I picked up from their last B1G1 sale.
I played the game for about 2 hours and had no issues. There are no scratches that I remember, but I'm at work right now, so I don't remember exactly.

I'd be willing to trade it for either Bioshock or Silent Hill: Homecoming. Let me know what you think.

Folklore for Bioshock sounds fair to me.
