I live in Canada, but I wanna buy some stuff off Bestbuy.com and ship it to a US address. Bestbuy's site FAQ suggests they're setup to handle just such an action, but it just doesn't work.
The only way I can see to make the purchase is to snag a giftcard, and use that to send my package to my non-verified address. I could just hit Cardpool or something to get a small discount, but they won't take my Canadian Visa card either.
So I'm offering $54.23 Paypal to whoever can solve my problem. If you gotta send me a higher value code or something I'll give the change/remainder back, I have nigh zero use for Bestbuy credit. I'm not going to try and haggle down the amount I'll pay for the $54.23 I'll need, because whoever gets my Paypal monies will get hit with a slightly higher than normal Paypal fee because it's an international transaction. I don't know of any way to discern the fee in advance, but Paypal loves to gouge so it could be double for all I know.
