W: Zelda Collector's Edition (Gamecube) CASE ART / Box

Looking for the case art for Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition for GameCube. The copy purchased recently is perfect...except the front art is badly faded. My guess is it was sitting in a shop window for years.

Anyway that's what I need. I know it's a long shot but I have to try.

Which one is this--the Master Quest one, or the one with the 2 NES games and 2 N64 games?

I am alost certain I have the case and stuff for the one with Master Quest, but not the other one.
