Wait till Black Friday for Halo2, Burnout3 Xbox and GTA:SA?

CAGiversary!
Three games on the list......think Black Friday will be the day to pick them up, or not? Last year Black Friday got me a 27" HD Ready TV for only $350 bucks shipped to my door from BestBuy.......

I doubt it. It seems to me that Black Friday deals are on mostly stuff that is a bit older that they want to get out the door. They are still great deals, but those games just came out. Maybe they'll be $5-$10 cheaper, but that's it IMO. I am no BF veteran so maybe I am wrong.

They might have sale for games overall, and theycould be included, but dont expect to find any of those on that day.

it doesnt hurt to wait and see. unless a store like target or something is giving something worthwhile for free with the nintendo ds, im waiting till black friday to see if theres anything going on for it then. its not that long of a wait so it wont kill u to just wait till then.

This week BB has that $20 gift card with $100 video game purchase. I'd get 2 of them (Halo 2 and GTA:SA) now, and wait on Burnout 3 if you want. You may need to find a $6 filler (or $11 if you don't get LE), if you are using the GGC coupons tobring the total over $100,.
What is Black Friday?
The day after Turkey day when all the major chains have big loss-leaders to try to get too many people into the store. Biggest shopping day of the year, as it marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping season.

Black Friday is both entertaining and frustrating at the same time. If you want one of the really good deals prepare to get to the store at least 3 horus before opening (most open at like 6 or 7 am) as they have limited quantities. But if you are willing to do so you can find some great deals. I got my computer last year for 300 bucks, and with an extra 50 bucks for a graphics card it's perfectly capable of running any program or game so I'd say that's a great deal, and was worth waiting 1 hour in light rain.

Last year was my first time going to stores on Black Friday. Definately go to the store that you think has the best deals first because if you go later, the thing you want may have been sold out or you'll have to wait in a VERY long line. I was in line at BB with Madden 2004 and Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 for $10 each for about 3 hours.

I thought about doing something like that, but does anyone know if you can use more than 1 GGC coupons during one checkout? If not, what about separate receipts for the $20 gift card, or does everything that counts toward the $100 purchase have to be on the same receipt?

Separate receipts would not work, but multiple GGC coupons will. I used 5, no problems (I was buying 5 different items $19.99 or more, one coupon per item).

My first Black Friday was last year as well, but only got SSX Tricky and a 16MB memory card from Best Buy. Hopefully I'll fare better this year.
