Anybody else have a Borders rewards card? I got one today when I picked up the latest Death Note volume and I'm not sure exactly what rewards the card gives.

First off, I get my new Target Visa (had a red card before) with a new credit limit of $7900(system). Then I get my $40 in reward zone certificates on top of that(zelda).

God damn it, I swore up and down that I wouldn't get the Wii and now after seeing the demo unit video of Twilight Princess I just gotta have it. There's a conspiracy against me!

I FINALLY GOT GUITAR HERO 2 AT AN AWESOME PRICE!!!

My year long quest of getting GH 1 bundle for really cheap has come to a close since I found a way to get part 2 really cheap.

So he ends up getting something like sOfA ZoMbie. Then a few months later he's asking where to go and how much it is for a name change.

I made a thread on it in the bragging rights, but I basacially used Rhino's trade 2 get 1 free (or $50 applied to one game), and two games that got high values that I paid almost nil for.

The best part is that 2 out of 4 games were kinda f'ed up but they didn't seem to care... I wouldn't have topped $30 on Ebay for all 4 games combined I think. Got $73 in credit, I didn't want to dump Condemned for a measly $8 in credit so I kept it and just paid the rest out of cash.

Boy do I love Batman Begins. I was in a crappy mood earlier but for some reason watching that just made me feel better. Also, I learned tonight that I don't really like Indian food. It was okay but nothing special.

Now for a completely random thought. I need to stop spending money on 360 stuff. Already I have a backlog and I have only had the console for two months. Just got Dead Rising last night and Vegas should come in the mail this week.

I know how that is. I have a box of SNES and NES games ready to be sold, but I really don't want to go through the hassle of shipping out a bunch of different packages.

I do need to build up ebay feedback so I guess some good will come out of it.

I had this problem, so I traded in some of the games today that I wasn't playing, and that if I was going to play they will drop in price anyways. I dumped:

Burnout Revenge
Far Cry
Call of Duty 2 (though I'm rebuying this one on BF, I'll still come out ahead)

Been thinking about also getting rid of Ridge Racer 6 (never opened it), Madden 07 (don't really like where the series has gone) and maybe 1 or 2 other games just sitting around.

I just got Viva Pinata today so I think I've got all the 360 games I want. FEAR, DoA Xtreme 2, Superman Returns, and a few others will all see price drops guaranteed.

I want Call of Duty 3 but I'll go through CoD 2 first, and I need to play the demo for RS 6 Vegas before I make a decision.

Right now between Smackdown, Tony Hawk, Gears of War, and now Viva Pinata I'm sastisfied.
 
Even though my friend has it and says I could borrow it, I probably will snag CoD 2 when I go to BB on BF. He should be getting XBL this christmas and it would be nice to have more than just WWE and GoW to play together online.

With that said I probably will give it to my parents to stick under the tree. I can't think of anything I really need aside from a car (mine is a POS and while it runs well, my parents moved out of town and now my dad can't fix it whenever it has an issue). I wouldn't mind getting a new set of speakers though

My Mom asked me what I wanted for Christmas today and I told her the fact that she loaned me $400 to fix my car and gives me a roof to live under when she should have kicked me out years ago is enough.

She started in on the whole "that dosen't matter because it's Christmas" BS so I just told her to grab me Guitar Hero 1 and we'll call it even.

Yeah, me too. I'm planning on just keeping my 360, my snes collection, and a only a handful of PS2 games. But I'm also wanting to get rid of my DVD's, with the whole Next-Gen being here and all.

Besides TV sets, im definitely not buying anymore DVDs until the next gen stuff is resolved. I have plenty of things to watch as it is.
