Wal-Mart PSN card deal - YMMV, like all Walmart deals

It's not marked for some reason but I just picked up a $50 PSN card for $40 at Wal-Mart. (Lexington, Ky)

I don't know what kind of sale is going on, but you all might want to check your local stores to get this deal.

I am not sure if it's all locations because when my friend called, he was at the Northpark store but when I stopped by the Richmond Rd store the self-serve scan said $50. I drove across town to the Northpark location and the register rung it up at $40. The clerk even asked if there was a sale sticker and I said no. There weren't any $20 cards left at that location so i don't know if those are on sale as well.

If this deal is nation-wide, it beats Target's by 5%.

IIRC they're 40 at almost all stores and the 20 ones are 17.

No clue. Around my area, we only have like 2 Walmarts. I remember both of them being 40.

I'll have to check over by my local Wal-Marts. Silly question, though what was on the front of the PSN cards? I'm thinking it might be a certain card, thus having a different SKU and possibly it being on clearance.

For what it's worth, this has happened before: Wal-mart discounted PSN cards in precisely this same manner. It was hit-or-miss at different stores, but it did occur. I'll be swinging by a few stores at lunch in the hopes my local Wal-Marts (Albuquerque, NM) are on the bandwagon this go 'round.

The front of the card I bought has Warhawk on it.
The ones at the other Wal-Mart had pics of Gran Turismo (PSP) on them.

Checked on this today. They didn't even carry PSN cards at all. Wii and 360, but no PSN.
