Question folks...
I've got two games I purchased from Wal-Mart in the past 60 days, but I managed to lose the receipt. They were gifts for a relative, so I didn't bother to keep it... but I ended up giving 'em a different gift.
Here's my problem -- I had to return some Wal-Mart.com items back in December, and the employee didn't know how to ring up a .com return ... so they did it as a "no receipt return" and gave me cash. There were three items I returned, and she said that I was "at the limit".
Here's my question -- does anyone know if the "3 returns a year" is per calendar year (2004), or based on the past 12 months of user history? If it's based on the last 12 months, Wal-Mart has been annoying. If it's during the calendar year, I should be okay.
