Wal Mart return policy question

Hey, so i know this isn't really requesting a video game deal, but I was wondering if anyone knew if WalMart still accepts returns on games without reciepts. I remember that they did a few years back, and I want to try to exchange a game for another one. I'd really appreciate any information you guys have, thanks

Yes.

With an opened title it can only be exchanged for the same game.
With an unopened title you can exchange it for in store credit.

Either way Walmarts trackign system only lets you swap out electronic items such as movies/games/cds 3 times every 6 months.

Use wisely.

- you should be able to do it, but I suppose that depends who you're dealing with.

And Wal*Mart (or any retailer) can refuse a return without proof of purchase for any reason. So be nice.

When I worked their the CSR's were pretty nice. People would "rent" games all the time. But you can return a game and by their rules exchange it for the same game. its YMMV on the csr you get.
