Wal-Mart Sued Over Evanescence CD Lyrics

Why is evanescance covering a song that's only a few years old? Usually it's older songs that get covered, and usually not any of Korn's songs.
 
people are so worthless. Does personal responsibility not exist anymore??? I swear to god we need to start publicly executing more people .

I really don't quite understand WalMarts policy on selling "censored" music. They won't sell any CDs with a warning sticker, but in the next isle, I can pick up any R-rated movie, or buy a Mature rated game like Grand Theft Auto. I must be missing something.
