WALMART messed up AGAIN !

I ordered 2 copies of VJ2 for the PS2 at $19.99 each

I opened the package and I received 2 copies of VJ1.
The invoice says VJ2.
I called them and they said they won't send the correct games because they are out of stock. :evil:

Did this happen to anyone else ?
 
Yeah, stupid people work everywhere, including Wal-Mart. I'd email them or write a letter to them to get your shipping refunded, though.
 
Something tells me that they knew they were screwing up, but didnt seem to care, and be sure to post in the correct forum next time.
 
Walmart messed up again, then you messed up by putting this in the wrong thread. Not to get angry or anything, but c'mon, how hard is it to know wether its a deal or not a deal.............

I was tempted to try, but I have already been burned a few times this year. Only one time did I not call and cancel though, so I ended up selling it on ebay since I was too lazy to send it back :p
 
that sux, couldnt u make like a case out of this though? i mean they didnt send u the items u paid for and then they refuse to exchange it for the right ones. i'd try sending some threatening emails to the right departments in walmart iono it might work. if it doesnt however u can ofcourse always return it.

pfffffft .... That's his problem. He should have called first is what they will say.
