I am currently looking for buyers for a video game retail store in the Pasadena area. I can provide more information if you are interested.
This area has gets a lot of foot traffic everyday and during the bigger holidays the streets are usually packed and will bring in a lot of business.

The store will come with all the current fixtures, games, hardware, POS system and all the furnishings so that the operation can continue without disruption.

The price range is around mid-100k.

But he doesn't have a list to see. Totally ruined the joke for me. He should have gone the extra mile and at least created a quick fake one.
