Should be pretty self-explanatory. I've seen a couple of sites offering an R4 for about $50, others showing a deal around $30 but are either a flaky website, or simply out of stock.

Got Would have gotten mine at modchipstore, if i had such a device. Which i dont. And if i did have such a device it would used in strictly legal ways.
goodluck finding one man theyre getting hard to find in most places. make sure the site you get it from is legit i read that there are some fake ones out there too.
dealextreme.com, used them several times and they have good prices and free shipping on lots of items. They are in HK and ship super slow mail so it will take a couple weeks to get order, but again its free and you gets what you pay for.
