Wanting to buy an X-box with Samsung drive please.

Alcest

CAGiversary!
I wish to buy somebodies x-box (And of course a controller and the hookups) I don't need any games, I got some already. If any of you have one please offer me it, must be Samsung drive since that is all I can trust. I have paypal. And I am on Ebay with all positive, only 11 feedback but that is becuase it's a new account, I forgot my name..and my pass to my old one lol.... I will pay up to $130 after shipping maybe more depending on how much I get paid tommarow, I have seen someone selling their Samsung X-box for $115 before shipping. Maybe someone else will not mind? Anyway I will pay up to $130 for one and that is after shipping, I know the chances of this are very slim, but I been everywhere around where I live looking for an x-box and most I can't tell if I will get a sucky thomson drive or not since I can't open the drive and look at it..

Please IM me on AIM at: Tokiya Kun

Only becuase I may not see this this since I forget about forums I visit a lot. If you don't have AIM email me at [email protected]

EDIT: IF you wish to reply please do so, I have the "Notify me when a reply is posted" checked..so I will know now when I get a reply..

Anyone know how much shipping on an XBox would go for? I would presume somewhere like $30, right? Also, I forgot how to differentiate between the harddrives. Anyone remember. If so, I might be able to help you out. Dont' worry about your feedback, because you only have one post here...and you know that anyone that "trades" with you definitely won't be sending first. You will be.

Thompson has regular size hole in tray, Phillips is bigger with a more circular center hole in middle of tray, and samsugn has 2 little cirlces.

Of course I would send first, I don't gip people. And shipping on an Xbox would go for 17 dollars. How do I know, because I sold my Thomson drive x-box to a friend in Illinois, I live in Arkansas, and it only cost 16 dollars and something cents to ship it. It was cheap using Prioity Mail. Of course rates vary at many places and different distances. Let's see..here are the pics for the drives. Just in case you can't find the topic.

Lurknomore if you can help me out that would be great man. And I am willing to pay a bit more than $130 if need be.

Get in touch with me, if still interested.

I have a Samsung drive that for some reason doesn't recognize DVDs, but it plays CDs and CD-Rs perfectly. No one has been able to tell me what could be wrong. It has been that way since I opened it and Wal*Mart refused to take it back and M$ said that I must have broken it. If you know what's wrong with it and want it, I could be up for a sale.

Actually guys I bought a Samsung xbox off ebay, I found someone that had one, and he reduced the price for me since he knew I didn't have a whole lot, a real nice guy. Anyway I got my samsung xbox, and thanks for help guys, like Lurknomore You tried helping and I commend you for that, Thanks man. I will be back on these boards soon I bet. Maybe looking for something else to buy! :D

Samsung doesn't guarentee you a risk free drive. My 2nd Xbox is a Samsung and the disc tray would only work when it wanted to on day one out of the box (and I bought it less then 2 months ago). Still having trouble with it today and I should really send it in to MS before the 90 day warranty is up.

MS only gives you a 90 day warrenty? Nintendo gives you 1 year. I always thought that MS also gave a 1 year warrenty.

M$ doesn't offer a warranty. I called them the first week that I had mine and they told me that I must have done something to it to break it and they wouldn't help me.

well that's odd, b/c i called them nearly 3 years after i bought mine and they still honored a warranty ( i don't remember sending anything in). they replaced my tompson with a samsung and it only cost like $12 bucks and that was to ship it to them.
