Newegg has the game only for $36.99 with free 3 day shipping. By "game only" I mean it does not come with the Jabra headset. the version that comes with the headset is $56.99.

Honestly the headset doesn't make much of a difference...all talking sounds muffled anyway, plus not many people communicate on the game...being a team based game you think people would talk strats and stuff...but thats very rare.
