Warner Bros 50.00 Rebate Question

Hi.Do I have to send in the upc cutouts and my receipt for the 50.00 warner bros. buy 6 seasons get 50.00 back.Or do I do one or the other.

Both, with the prices circled on the receipts. There should be tabs inside the dvd case to use for the UPC, so no cutting required.
