Not as many people saw that as Star Wars or Titanic...and those two movies had pre-ordained out-comes. That movie was new, didnt have a prequel or sequel already out, and unless you read the book, you wouldnt have a clue. The multiple reviewers who mentioned that spoiler were some of the biggest a-holes i had ever seen in this industry. If they dont like the movie, say that, dont ruin it for those who might.

And as i just remembered:

I realized that just a few minutes into this movie. I have done the same with all of "his" movies. But I still think he does amazing work, even if I do think the same way as him and know everything that happens before it happens. God I got so pissed when they spoiled that in an episode of Scrubs. I still haven't seen that.

I've only ever watched one episode. If I watched TV, I would have probably tried a few more. It's pretty good.


And Scorch, it's still worth seeing IMO. Like I said, I figured it out. But I still enjoy his movies. (Saucy, if you don't know what we're talking about, I wouldn't want to ruin it for you...)

In the end it IS one of the most popular books of all time. And it does deserve respect, and after the least two books i'd say 14 and up becaue it's getting progressively darker. The movies are going to reflect this if the early review of it is any indication. The dragon, reincarnation of Voldemort, Mad Eye, and Seeing Cedric getting murdered should all be great scenes.

No, if you read the thread, you will notice quite a few of us who read it. But I think the nature of the title has kept most of us out, since I have seen far more posts outside of the thread in the past few days of people talking about reading, buying, enjoying, etc. the HP series. This thread is mostly inhabited by people who need to grow up (the ones complaining about an inanimate book that has not affected their lives in any adverse manner).
