Was just given a Xoom HTJ85B

Was just given a Xoom HTJ85B from one of the Doctors that I work with . I would like to know some of the Pros and Cons of the device from user that have one? This is my first tablet, not sure of all the stuff I can do with it, just looking for a little info.
