Watch your Credit card bills if you order from Best buy

I got in on the 4.99 games tuesday night on the best buy order and went to the gas station to get some gas today when i found out my CC was over the limit.... I was like how can this be , so i went and checked online... BB charged my CC 4 times 22.20 (for 1 order of 22.20) My credit card company told me just to disput them if i cant get ahold of BB help.. Called best buy and they said they cant help till they go though (they are pending or something)

SO watch your credit cards

My wife got me a birthday gift there and used her credit card.
She gave me the gift and excitedly added that Best Buy gave her
a FREE 3 month magazine subscription.

In teeny tiny print in an obscure place on the receipt it said that this credit card
will automatically be charged nearly $30 effective the 4th month of the subscription.

My wife said they told her we'd get 3 months free and if we wanted
to extend the subscription they'd send us a bill. Wrong!

Best Buy was in the news because they don't want casual customers anymore (the type who return items etc.)
So they are going to change their sales policy. They're looking for the big time buyers.
 
Well how's this, they shipped both my games, and so far have only GIVEN me the 25 it cost. So far, I've technically gotten the games for free.

Suncoast did the EXACT same thing to me.
 
they ask me the same thing about the mags but i tell them i know about the scam and dont want them (how they offer 8 of them for free) Do you really think BB would give anything for free

I called them after I got billed and said that we had called to cancel (we are like 75% sure we did because the mags stopped coming) They didn't gave me a problem at all and refunded my money with no hassle.

i can afford gas for my car but the CC i was using give me 10% discount at the Place i was getting it.. I just paid with cash and was on my way... (i forgot i put 250 tires on the card and almost 300 bucks in vet bills..)
 
Man the guy is just trying to give you a heads up about something unfavorable that happened to him. There's no need to flame him about his credit card. Thanks for the heads up OP.

My wife called immediately and cancelled the FREE mag.

I wanted to transfer game saves from my PS2 memory card to my PC and needed a flash card.
The guy at the store said, "This'll work!"
Didn't! Took it back. Another guy said this one will work.
Didn't!
Then I read that Best Buy doesn't want customers who keep returning things.
