Watchmen End is Nigh Question

So I ordered Watchmen End is Nigh Complete Experience new at amazon.com and I noticed that it's not shrinkedwrapped or anythg. All It had was one circle seal at the bottom and one at the top of the case. For those that bought it, is that how it was for you guys too or may I have gotten an open copy?

Also the plastic part of the case is cracked. Thankfully the game and the bluray aren't scratched or anything. Could this just be an unlucky copy? Should I bring it up to amazon?

That's how they are packaged. I bought mine brand new from Bestbuy and all the copies were like that.
