They are mad hard to come by new. I would second checking tradelists but if you need/want new prepare to shell out dough.

Yes, or you can check out a local Gamestop or EB. I picked up a wavebird last week for $17.99 so you may get lucky going that route.

Used at Gamestop is the best bet for under $20.

New... good luck. They were clearanced out most places a year ago or longer.
