My friend and I am going to start a web site. We're looking for the best overall deal, preferably around $5 or lower a month. We're considering www.hostmonster.com, which has 300 GB of storage and 3000 GB of bandwidth per month, which is way more than we'll use. It's $5 a month for 24 months, so $120 for 2 years is the price to beat.

Screw deals money isn't everything. Do you homework and find a reliable provider. I have used 1and1.com for several sites, but truthfully the online web client for email sucks. SInce I always used outlook to connect it wasn't a issue.
