Has anyone gotten really weird feedback posted on there account? Or someone leaving you a negative or neutral because they didn't know what they were buying?

I found this one interesting in another persons feedback

I couldn't use the CD! My laptop didn't have enough memory, but thanks anyway!

Why would he leave a Neutral for something the seller obviously could not tell?

Item was purchased 1o days prior, and buyer did not pay for another 7 days. Once he paid, he recieved the games in less then 3 days. But I was slow how?

I sold two untested Saturns (no power cords or anything) and got a neuteral "systems work great" I was like, "um, so why neuteral?"

Let's see, there's the neg someone left who never paid, and said our games were bootlegs. Then the guy who complained about slow shipping TO ALBERTA CANADA. People constantly call me 'dude', despite having GAL in my user name. But the hands down funniest was "making love in the green grass, we used to sing tra la la la la " (check my user name).

I would love to have seen the look on this guy's face when he saw the feedback he was left. I saw it in a guy's feedback when I was thinking about buying something from him:

Won't ebay remove comments id they are 'bad taste'? Ive always wanted to leave things similar to yours when morons with 0 feedbacks deiced to use BuyItNow and never pay (when it cleary states to e-mail me FIRST).

I received an e-mail from a guy that bought a game from me thanking me for sending him the item exactly as it was described and that he's happy to see there are some honest people left on eBay. And thanked me for restoring his faith in eBay. (assume he was ripped in the past :cry: ) Made me feel pretty good, although he didn't actually leave formal feedback! :rofl:

Yeah, I get the 'leave me a postive, I just paid!!!!'. Sorry. I never leave any type of feedback first. Why? Because if the game arrives to them in 3 days, thats 'too slow'. Whiney babies.
 
I've never received any weird feedback, but one guy that bought something off me asked if I wanted to trade more of what I sold him (I don't remember what it was...a PS2 game maybe) for YuGiOh (sp?) cards so I could sell those. I was like WTF!!?!? Why would I want to sell your stuff? The whole experience with this guy was weird. It was like I was his new best friend just cause I sold him something.

I was selling some dbz figures I had cause I'm not into that crap anymore. I stated I only ship within the US. Then dude who lives in France and has 0 feedback bid on my auction. I promptly left him a negative then the next day I get this email...

Why have put to me a bad evaluation? You do not know what celà is worth?!! I of agreement with your manner of proceeding. You are rascist?

The only negative I have ever recieved was---

BID & WON IN DECEMBER-NO PAY! RECONTACTED ON 1/4! NO PAY-NO RESPONSE! SAD!

of course I had not just already payed, I had already recieved the item!!
 
My mom used to have an ebay account and one of the feedbacks someone left was something along the lines of

"Fast shipping but item smelled like cabbage."

I have never eaten cabbage in my like so i had no idea where he got that from.
 
Got a negative feedback one time from a guy who bought a game on Saturday night and then I mailed him the game on Monday morning. He said I was too slow. I did not understand...

The other I got was from a woman who bought a camera from me, waited a week to pay, and then wrote me an email begging that I sent it overnight because she needed it for a wedding that weekend. Why did she wait a week?

Eh, more reasons I do not deal with eBay anymore.

I have never sold poker chips on eBay. The guy turned out to be a NPB, so I left him a neg and he couldn't retaliate back with a neg.

Uh, did you delete and repost that or did something weird happen, troy?

EDIT Troy's post bounced to the bottom of the thread again. Can a mod take a loot at WTF is going on with that? Defeats the purpose of being able to see who made the last post.

Along similar lines I had a woman e-mail if I would ship Priority for the same cost as 1st class because she needed the game for her son's birthday (I think it was 7 days away.) I edited the listing to add Priority as an option at about $1.50 more (Priority is actually a little more than $1.50 more than 1st class) and let her know I would be happy to ship Priority for that rate but I could unfortunately not ship it Priority at the same cost as 1st class since the postage is in fact more.

I was fairly certain 1st class would get it there in plenty of time, but since I can't gaurantee the performance of the PO I didn't mention that.

Anyway I didn't hear anything from her until she went ahead and bought the game 3 days later. Got in the mail straight away (actually made a special trip to the PO for her, since this was in the days before I printed mailing labels from home) and she was happy to get it in time.

Now I have 1st class and Priority as shipping options on all of my game listings. I've found that 90% of the time the buyer will take the lowest cost shipping option.

If this story is too tangential for the thread I apologize in advance :lol:

Hey, sorry, I didn't comment twice, when I clocked 'Post Quick Reply'it went to a dead page (White screen saying the refresh my page, blah blah blah). I clicked it again and it went through...double. Forgot to edit one of my posts to reflect that.
