weird gamestop email...

I just got an email saying "valued customer - we have cancelled your items because they won't be in stock...yadda yadda yadda...."

The problem is, I never ordered anything! I copied the order number and went to the homepage of gamestop (typed it in myself and didn't follow a link) and looked at my account and sure enough it had three cancelled orders of "EBMigrated BRIAN SKU - MS INTELLIMOUSE OPTICAL REV 2"

WTF...

Did you preorder some kind of Warhammer PC game at EBGames.com before the EBgames.com/Gamestop.com "merge" for $9.99? Methinks that's it?

I have never preordered anything from these places. I always buy my games from Target or CC. Oh well, I didn't know if it was one of those spam emails or not.

I think your right. I pre-ordered it and forgot about it.

I got the email too, and first thing that came to my mind was my pre-order fof DS lite was cancelled..when I saw that it wasnt I thought someone used my account. But now I relax, knowing it was just Warhammer PC pre-order that they cancelled.
