The Promotion begins on August 11, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period").

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A year supply of Twisted Frosty awarded as a $1,000 Wendy's gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Instant Win Game Prizes: TEN THOUSAND (10,000) FIRST PRIZES: A Twisted Frosty awarded as a $3.00 Wendy's gift card. ARV: $3.00. Odds of winning an Instant Win Game prize depend on the number of eligible prizes available divided by the number of Instant Win Game plays. Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.

Limit: Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Standard ePrize fare: enter email, play stupid game to stall you (or click to skip), find out you lost. But I know a lot of folks like Wendy's Frostys. I wouldn't mind one to try, but a year's worth is asking for trouble. Good luck, everyone.

I'm not seeing it. When I click the link it takes me to what looks like the Wendy's home page. Am I missing something here...?

Best part is ePrize does like 90% of the contests that I've been entering so far. Only thing I've ever won in like a year and a half is a 2 month sub to GameFly. It's annoying because they're almost all like the Mountain Dew/Amped one that just ended where half the prizes aren't even awarded because they're stingy and set the threshold too low.

I almost don't want to sign up for this if they send text messages, because I get charged for them (I don't use text messaging at all so I didn't get a plan that had any).

to OP: link still goes to wendy's main page :p
I almost don't want to sign up for this if they send text messages, because I get charged for them (I don't use text messaging at all so I didn't get a plan that had any).
Mobile is not required, IIRC. I know I don't have one

I always seem to lose at these, too... Doesn't stop me from trying though as I have gotten a lot of free stuff from the net over the years. Free stuff seemed to be a lot easier to come by several years ago....

Thanks, OP.

Off topic, but regarding this comment: they awarded all prizes in the Mountain Dew contest (according to an email I received from the Yahoo! promotions group). Whether or not all of them are claimed is another matter (as there was no second-chance contest).

I guess to make up for my normally incredibly shitty luck, I just won a free frosty on the first try

Damn straight, now I can add that to my collection that is wholly comprised of a single Mamma Mia! ticket.
