For Mother's Day fools! We've all made that fatal mistake of forgetting an important holiday of some kind. I can assure you that one you don't ever want to miss is MD. So what are you buying?

(Remember, it is this coming Sunday!)
 
A card. My dad's looking for the same thing, only without the "d" at the end. He just can't decide what to get or whether to wait for her birthday.

Damn your dad must have money coming out of his ass. I would never ever ever ever ever buy my wife a car without consulting her first and making the decision together - it's a huge purchase. It's not that I couldn't afford it, it's just that she would probably kill me for not running it by her. Anyway, for Mother's Day my wife is getting some flowers and a card...
 
My mom has just started to drive so she needs a car. Some of you might think, that sort of gift is insane, but we aren't about to let her ride around with the ones in the garage.

Knowing my mom though, she'll get a new car, be deftly afraid of wrecking it and just drive one of the older cars, so my dad and I get to drive the new shiny around.
 
My mom is waiting for new teeth, so being the bastard son I am, I'm getting her something with Sylvester the cat since she talks like that now.

And taking her out for dinner, getting her an iced cappachino in the morning, but those aren't as fun.

A new hard drive. Since her computer is back up and running again, it's become obvious that 4 gigs just isn't enough with all the pictures she has on it.

Nah, just kidding. She's alright.

I graduate on Mother's Day, and she keeps saying that's all the gift she needs (I guess not having to throw money at me anymore is a pretty nice gift). But I am not fooled. I'm having my dad do an inventory of her perfumes and lotions that she has right now to see if she needs any. If not...then I don't know.
 
It's more like what I'm making and organizing than buying actually, but I will probably buy some nice flowers or so to go along with it all.

Edit: And I didn't realize this is a repost, I should really read the other posts first...
