BRE Software. I have only purchased cases from them and they were great. They also offer, original artwork, manuals, and box/artwork/manual sets. Prices aren't too bad but shipping is a little high. Was gonna get 3 box/artwork/manual sets and it was about $9. After shipping it was almost $20...

Correct. But like mentioned, their shipping is killer. I'd suggest signing up for their newsletter and wait for them to send out a free shipping code.
