What are the worst rumors people have ever spread about you?
So basically everyone on CAG had groups of people believing they were gay at some point in their lives.
I think my parents thought I was gay at some point. I don't think they spread it around my school though.

Why would your parents think that?
Do you think that all parents of guys who didn't date in high school have that cross their mind? Kind of makes me wonder...

Clearly, any posts in this thread by lilboo, Snatcher, Kirin, ck64, and/or Hex will be absolutely fucking terrifying.

When I was 17, there was a rumor going around the office where I used to work that I was having sex with the 40 year old, smoking hot, single mom receptionist...I neither confirmed nor denied it.

I wasn't
the one i remember happened when this kid in 3rd grade freakin pissed his pants in class. i was sitting next to him when i heard this odd dripping sound and when i looked down to the source of it i saw this massive yellow puddle slowly inching towards me. being a kid of course i jumped up and yelled" insert name here peed his pants"!!!! everyone turned around and saw the kid soggy pants and all and alot of people laughed. the teacher had to call his mom to come bring him new pants.
i guess he was pissed i said anything so years later he tried to tell people it was me who did it but because alot of the kids from that school were in the same junior high as us id just bring someone over to verify the truth.
This happened in my elementary school in fucking 7th Grade!!!
I remember coming back from the cafeteria and seeing the boy who did it with his dad. The dad was saying, "It's okay son, everyone does it."
I heard the full story when I came back to the class.
That I was a Sony Fanboy.

"Was"?

Senior year of high school, rumors were going around that all the couples (I believe there were 3) on the school-sponsored Spring Break trip to Disney World, including me and my boyfriend at the time, fucked during the trip. I dunno about the other couples, but it wasn't true for us. The coordinator of the trip even called me in to ask if it was true or not. I was like, "No" and she believed me. That's about it. I hadn't even heard of the rumors until I was called in. Pretty silly.

The not dating part was the gist of it. I'm sure now-a-days it does happen a lot. Unless they think their kids are ugly.

My girlfriend told me a year or two ago that all of her friends think I hotwired one of their friends truck and made it disappear. Pretty weird, since I've seen the dude since the rumor started and we shook hands. She also told me one of her coworkers swears that I tried stabbing him with a pair of scissors during art class because I was demonic and psycho.
I imagine a kid pissing their pants happened more than once in your Special Ed class.
:hot:

:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

My senior year people started a rumour that I was dating a friend of mine. He was VERY gay, but we were not dating. However my school, full of asses, spread the rumour and it was like telephone. I don't know how it ended but I was most likely pregnant with his human - alien child.

The rumours got back to me two ways, one a good friend of mine was keeping me informed, we had great laughs about them. Heaven forbid a guy have a gay friend. The second way really pissed me off, they would say them behind my back to my face because they didn't even know who the fuck I was! In which case I elbowed them and they lost their lunch.
I heard it's not gay if you give it. Is that right?
No no no, it's the other way around, you're not gay if another guy sucks you off.

Give head = gay
Get head = Not gay

Not that I'm an expert on this matter or anything.....

Walks away slowly....

So you're gay, and he was gay, but you were just friends. Gotcha.

Everyone probably assumed you needed something to do after being denied rollercoaster fun due to being short.

If there's a beard or at least stubble, you're both gay.

I never said I was gay. :booty:
I remember being excited to see Hostel when it first came out. This instantly started rumors that I was one of those freaks who jerks off to gore and internet snuff videos and such. It took me three years of high school to shake it off, and even then, it still lingered a little bit. NOT a pleasant rumor to live with. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's how most people from high school remember me...
That was people forming an opinion, not starting a rumor. There is a difference.

I've no doubt there were all sorts of untruths spoken about me back in my school days but since I spent little time there it hardly mattered. Most of the beliefs seemed to culminate in my potential for committing mayhem, such as causing cars and other items to spontaneously combust. So I was left alone by those who might otherwise been inclined to annoy me.

More recently, about twenty years ago, a contract developer told my boss at a game company that I'd insulted another company's products to the faces of the company founders at CES. This was a remarkable claim as I'd not exchanged a word with those persons since the time ten years earlier, when they lived in my region and game developers were an extraordinarily rare sort of person. And I barely knew them by name back then. But such was my bosses concern that I might have soured future business dealings (even though our primary relation to that company then was poaching their employees) I was made to turn in the silk baseball jacket with the company logo on the back I'd been given a few months before.

I know exactly who this person is who claimed to witness my bad behavior and would gladly kick his ass if I saw him again.

when I was sophmore in College I got a job in Pittsburgh and decided to spend the summer at the house and basically goof off until classes started. It was an amazing summer for those who care.

Anyway back home in NY, old high school classmates started spreading a rumor that my Dad disowned me because I had started living with my black girlfriend. I thought it was funny, yet I was kind of annoyed that people think that my dad would care about the gf's skin color, which he wouldn't.

If you really wanted to blow their minds, you could have told them, "Why would he disown me? He bought her for me in the first place!"
Only in 10th grade, IIRC. I had poor hygiene at the time, and hadn't been using deodorant yet. So, one day, after gym, I had to sit next to that chubby bitch type who makes a big deal out of things. I cleaned my act up rather quickly, but whenever I walked by her she would rather loudly be like, "That kid REEKS." Even through the next year. Probably the only person in my life I've ever hated.

In third grade, I told my best friend I liked a certain girl. When I come in from recess that day, the girl walks up to me and says she heard I liked her. I denied it, and nothing ever came from it.
you probally did smell like ass
everyone i know started around the 5th grade
Not really a rumor, but some of my classmates were telling a guy two classes below us in high school that you're not a man unless you taste your own jizz. Not long after, the same kid came to school triumphantly declaring "I'm a man!"
Spreading lies that I beat off to Al Qaida prisoner decapitation videos sounds like a rumor to me.
