What are you looking forward to in 2007?
Picross DS. I really enjoyed Mario's Picross for the Game Boy, so a touchscreen version of picross would be great. Right now, Picross DS is Japan only (it comes out there January 25), but I'm hoping for a U.S. version. If not, I can import it; Picross is pretty language-independent.
Oh.... my.... gosh

I wonder if the puzzles will be Nintendo themed?

Did I mention...

I doubt Dragon Quest 9 will hit until next year, and I haven't liked Nintendo's portable Zelda's since the first one so that's off my list. I had WAY more than my fill of Phonix Wright from the first game (though the character's fun), so:

-Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker
-Wario? I *LOVE* the Warioland games. Hope this is another in that (crazy) tradition.
-DK King of Swing 2-on of the best platformers recently gets a sequel? I'm there.
-Diddy Kong Racing-The original is my favorite racing game ever. It's easy to play, and is the only racing game with a strong adventure/single player element to it. IMO Mario Kart is just pathetic in comparison-you can blow through MK in an hour, whereas Diddy Kong Racing would take days (and the structure is fun for single players). My concern is the graphics. It was one of the very best looking N64 games, and I'm not sure the DS can handle it-the video of it doesn't look as good (although better than I was expecting).
-Card Fighter's Clash-I'm scared they'll mess up the gameplay, but the original is fantastic, and made me feel okay about dropping $200 or whatever on a NGPC).
-Theme Park and Chibi Robo could be really fun!

Probably all kinds of other stuff, but I don't know what. I'm hoping for Metroid 5 (ie a REAL 2D Metroid game), more Castlevanias, more Metroid clones in general, and other quality action/adventure games.

Bioshock
Wait...BIOSHOCK!?!?! Bioshock is coming to the DS?!? Hell yeah, put me down for that!
These two are guranteed.
Zelda
Wario (I own every game from the original Mario Land- Wario Land 3, I need this one).

Sim City- (I love Sim City, but do I really need the DS one or is the SNES one good enough for 800 points?).
Do you own Wario Ware 4 too? If not, track it down. It's also great.

And Sim City-a lot of people (myself included) prefer the Nintendo/SNES one to the other versions. Simcity 3000 is getting ported? That's promising and could be fun, but the SNES one might actually be better.
