What competitive gaming controller do you guys use and/or prefer?

I've been getting into a lot of gears of war 3 and basically play it any time I'm on xbox. Im still using my 5-6 year old xbox controllers and I'm looking to by a new controller. Any recommendations or good prices anyone knows of? And also I've heard about some controllers being slow turn and not sure if the ones I'm using have them but I want to stay away from those. Thanks!

Scuff makes great controllers for Xbox. Warning though they are $100 plus, but if you play enough the are well worth it. Scuff are really the only ones I trust now for this kind of controller tuning. You can also send in you controller and have them tune it. The controller needs to be in good shape.
